Mazen Johar. CEO of Jeddah Airports Co. 


Jeddah Airports Co.'s board of directors, chaired by Raed Al-Mudaiheem, appointed Mazen Johar as the new chief executive officer (CEO) as of February 2024, replacing Ayman Abo Abah.

 

Johar has over 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors, recently serving as CEO of Aircraft Accessories and Components Co., affiliated with the Saudi Arabian Military Industries.

 

His past roles included Deputy Minister for Industrial Services at the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, Chief Executive Officer of Nova Healthy Water Bottling Company, Chief Operating Officer of Ground Handling at Saudi Arabian Cargo Company and Vice President Commercial at Basic Chemical Industries.  

 

He held several leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, where he worked for nearly 18 years.

 

Johar holds board membership at the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center and has leadership certifications from various universities, including Harvard.

 

He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Nottingham, UK, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
