Saudi Re's CEO resigns, effective June 2024

Saudi Reinsurance Co. (Saudi Re) board of directors accepted, on Dec. 21, the resignation of CEO Fahad Abdulrahman Al-Hesni, while maintaining his position as Managing Director, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation came due to his personal circumstances, said the company, adding that the resignation will be effective as of June 12, 2024.

 

The company will announce any further developments related to the appointment of a new or acting CEO in due course.
