Burjeel Holdings PLC, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), opened eight new PhysioTherabia centers in Riyadh and four other cities.

The new facilities are located in Ghadeer Fitness Time, Shafie Fitness Time, Al Nada Men’s Gym in Riyadh, Yanbu’s Waterfront Fitness Time, Al Salehiyah Men's Gym in Jeddah, Al Faisaliah Fitness Time in Dammam, Al Olaya Fitness Time, and Golden Belt Fitness Time in Al Khobar, Burjeel said in a statement.

The company emphasized that the introduction of these centers aligns with its vision to position Saudi Arabia as a regional hub for extensive sports performance training, individual and team management, and care.

John Sunil, CEO of Burjeel Holdings, said that the expansion of PhysioTherabia centers across various regions in Saudi Arabia serves to bolster the company's footprint in key locations.

The company aims to establish 60 centers by the end of 2025, both within and outside sports clubs affiliated with Leejam Sports Co. (Fitness Time) throughout the Kingdom, Sunil added.

In October 2023, Burjeel Holdings opened four cutting-edge physiotherapy and rehabilitation centers in Riyadh, under the PhysioTherabia brand, in partnership with Leejam Sports, the owner and operator of the Fitness Time chains in the Middle East and North Africa.
