The Shura Council approved today, April 22, the draft commercial register and trade names laws, Saudi Press Agency reported.

 

The draft commercial register law aims to facilitate the practice of business in the Kingdom, through regulating the registration procedures in the commercial register, while ensuring transparency through allowing access to the data registered in the commercial register.

 

Meanwhile, the draft trade names law is to enhance confidence in the commercial environment through regulating the procedures for reserving trade names and registering them in the commercial register.
