International rigs count falls 67 units in April: Baker Hughes

The international rig count decreased by 67 units month-on-month (MoM) in April, bringing the total count to 1,726, data of energy services firm Baker Hughes showed.

 

The oil rigs in the Middle East fell by one MoM to 343 units but rose by six year-on-year (YoY).

 

The international rig count, except for the US and Canada, increased by seven units MoM to 978.
