Edaa implements securities quantity increase for Al-Etihad Insurance

The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) announced implementing the securities quantity increase for Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co. into the accounts of eligible shareholders today, June 3, according to a statement on Tadawul

 

Last week, shareholders approved an 11.11% capital hike via a bonus share distribution. This is by capitalizing SAR 50 million from retained earnings, at one share for every nine shares held by shareholders of record, Argaam’s data indicated.
