Northern Cement EGM to vote on amending bylaws on Aug. 29

Northern Region Cement Co. invited its shareholders to vote on amending the bylaws governing the purchase, sale, and mortgage of its shares at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Aug. 29, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders will also vote on amending Article (15) of the company's Articles of Association, which pertains to company management, the statement added.

They will also vote on amending the company's Articles of Associationaccording to the amended bylaws, as well as rearranging and numbering its articles to reflect the proposed amendments.
