Al Sagr compensates rights issue owners for unsubscribed shares

Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. started, on Aug. 15, the distribution of compensation to rights issue owners who did not use their rights to subscribe to new shares, according to a Tadawul statement.

 
The total amount to be distributed stands at approximately SAR 15.63 million.
