CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co. appointed Serge Osouf as Board Chairman and Stephen Brian Dixon as Vice Chairman.

Abdulaziz Al Khereiji was also named as Managing Director, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company received on Aug. 29 the go-ahead from the Insurance Authority (IA) on these appointments.
