Al Kathiri unit sets up subsidiary in Qatar

Al Kathiri Holding Co. announced today, Oct. 10, that its subsidiary, Msandh Alemdad Co. Ltd established a 100%-owned limited liability company in Doha, Qatar.

In a statement to Tadawul, Al Kathiri said the subsidiary named Msandh for Contracting will have QAR 500,000 in capital.

 

The move comes as part of Msandh Alemdad’s strategy to expand, achieve growth, as well as strengthen its business activities in the contracting industry through contributing to the support of the developmental and housing projects in Qatar.
