Jahez board seeks to end current term early

Jahez International Company for Information System Technology’s board of directors recommended, on Oct. 16, to end the current board term ahead of schedule on Dec. 16. 2024.

 

The current five-year term is slated to end on Dec. 16, 2025, the company said in statement to Tadawul.

The board’s recommendation aims to align the subsequent board sessions to four years, in accordance with the new Companies Law and the company’s bylaws.

 

 The decision is subject to shareholders’ approval, the statement added.
