Halwani Bros shareholders elect board members for new 3-year term

Halwani Bros. Co. shareholders approved the election of board members for the upcoming three-year term, set to begin from Nov. 7, 2024.

 

The decision came during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Oct. 30.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the shareholders elected Abdulaziz Yamani, Mohamed Halwani, May AbuGhazalah, Jameel Al-Molhem, Sakhr Jamjoom, Abdulelah Sabbahi, Anees Moumina, Mohammed Fahmy, and Mohammed Alklaiby
