Al Gassim Investment Holding Co.’s (GACO) shareholders will vote on amending Articles No. (6 & 7 & 16) of Articles of Association as regards the company’s term, capital, and management, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), scheduled for Nov. 27, 2024, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 
Shareholders will also discuss amending company's Articles of Association in accordance with the new companies' law.
