Ataa extends MoU to sell 2 branches of Arabian Education and Training Group

Ataa Educational Co. renewed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with Digital Future Co. for additional 20 days until Dec. 15, 2024. The extension follows a mutual agreement between the parties.

 

Any material developments regarding the MoU will be disclosed in due course, the company said in statement to Tadawul.

In August, Ataa received a proposal from Digital Future to acquire Creative Development Co. and Al Faisal International Academy, branches of Arabian Education and Training Group that is 100%-owned by Ataa, according to Argaam's data.

 

The MoU was previously extended in October by an additional 20 days, setting a new deadline of Nov. 15, 2024.
