SPIMACO approves CEO request not to renew contract

Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO) approved CEO Jérôme Cabannes' request not to renew his contract, citing personal reasons. His tenure will conclude on Feb. 28, 2025.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said it will disclose any updates regarding the appointment of a CEO or Acting CEO in due course.

According to Argaam data, SPIMACO’s board of directors appointed Cabannes as CEO in February this year. Earlier, the company had announced his appointment as Acting CEO effective Oct. 1, 2023.
