Jahez shares suspended ahead of TASI transition

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) will suspend trading of Jahez International Co. for Information Systems Technology shares for up to five sessions starting from Dec. 5, 2024, to complete the company's transition from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market (TASI).

 

Tadawul said in a statement that it will announce the listing date and trading start on TASI once the process is complete.

In November, Tadawul approved Jahez’s request to transition from Nomu to the Main Market, according to Argaam’s data.

 

Jahez debuted on Nomu in January 2022 with a capital of SAR 104.92 million, split into 209.84 million shares at a nominal value of SAR 0.5 each.
