Amana obtains IA approval to extend Rachid Abi Nader's MD term

Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. received the Insurance Authority’s (IA) non-objection to the board of directors’ decision to extend Rachid Abi Nader's appointment as Managing Director (MD).

 

The extension will be for one additional year, starting Dec. 6, 2024, until Dec. 5, 2025, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Abi Nader was appointed Managing Director for six months, from Dec. 6, 2023, to June 6, 2024. The assignment was then extended for another six months, according to data compiled by Argaam.
