Leejam board reappoints Ali Al-Sagri as Chairman, Hamad Al-Sagri as Vice Chairman

Leejam Sports Co.’s board of directors reappointed Ali Al-Sagri as Chairman and named Hamad bin Ali Al-Sagri as Vice Chairman and Managing Director during its meeting on Dec. 10, according to a filing to Tadawul.

The board also formed the audit and risk committee, to be headed by Mohammed Al-Kinani, and includes Abdulaziz Al-Hidery and Walid Al-Zakri as members.

 

The remuneration and nomination committee was also elected to include Mishal Al-Mishari as Chairman and Ali Hamad Al-Sagri and Mohammed Al-Sagri as members.

 

Moreover, the board formed the executive committee, including Ali Al-Sagri as Chairman and Ameen Al-Shiddi and Mohammed Al-Sagri as members.

 

A board secretary and the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) were also appointed.
