Multi Business inks deal with Naif Arab University for Security Sciences

Multi Business Group Co. inked a contract with Naif Arab University for Security Sciences to renovate the latter’s artificial intelligence (AI) Center.

 

The deal’s value exceeds 10% of Multi Business’ 2023 revenue, it said in a statement on Tadawul today, Dec. 19.

The nine-month contract entails rehabilitating the AI Center, including construction and architectural finishes as well as electrical and mechanical engineering work.

 

The project is expected to positively impact the company’s 2025 financial results. There are no related parties to the deal.

 

Dated Nov. 4, the contract was finalized and signed on Nov. 19.
