GAC approves BinDawood Holding, Zahrat Al Rawdah acquisition

Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for Competition (GAC) issued, on Dec. 31, 2024, a no-objection on the economic concentration related to the acquisition between BinDawood Holding Co. and Zahrat Al Rawdah Pharmacies Co., according to a statement to Tadawul.
 
 
The company will announce the completion of the transaction and any other material developments in due course.
 
BinDawood Holding’s board of directors had approved the full acquisition of Zahrat Al Rawdah Pharmacies in November, with a total value of SAR 444.1 million, according to data available on Argaam.
