SAMA Water shareholders elect board members for next term

Shareholders of SAMA Healthy Water Factory Co. elected five board members for the next four-year term starting Jan. 1, 2025, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Dec. 31, 2024.

 

The elected members are Yasser Duwairi, Abdullah Tabaiqi, Abdulaziz Tabaiqi, Yasser Hashem, and Siraj Dokhn, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
