Gas Arabian Services Co.'s (GAS) board of directors, on Jan. 1, reappointed Abdulrahman AlDabal (non-executive member) as Chairman and Faisal AlDabal (executive member) as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The board further formed the audit, as well as nomination and remuneration committees and the board’s secretary.

 

GAS also appointed its representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) to deal with matters related to the application of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.

 

According to data available with Argaam, shareholders recently approved electing new board members for the upcoming four-year term, starting Jan. 1, 2025.
