AlNaqool issues commercial register for new subsidiary

Mohammed Hasan AlNaqool Sons Co. issued the Articles of Incorporation and secured the commercial register for its new subsidiary, Sinan Al-Tashid General Contracting Co. (single proprietorship), with a capital of SAR 100,000.

The subsidiary will specialize in general contracting services, AlNaqool said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

This move is part of AlNaqool’s strategy to drive growth, expand operations, and diversify income sources, the statement added.

 

Recently, AlNaqool’s board of directors approved the establishment of a limited liability subsidiary based in Dammam, specializing in providing general contracting services.
