ProMedEx renews credit facility with BSF by SAR 20M

Professional Medical Expertise Co. (ProMedEx) renewed its financial facilities with Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) and increased the credit limit by SAR 20 million to SAR 70 million.

The company said in a statement on Tadawul that the facilities will fund existing projects and support business expansion.

 

The agreement, dated Dec. 1, 2024, was signed on Jan. 22, and is valid for one year, expiring on Dec. 31, 2025.

 

Guarantees for the facilities include a joint promissory note from ProMedEx and Al Omran Holding Co., as well as a separate guarantee from Al Omran Holding.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement said.
