Twareat to debut on Nomu as direct listing on Jan. 29

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced that shares of Twareat Medical Center (TMC) will start direct listing on the Nomu-Parallel Market on Jan. 29, with the symbol 9627 and ISIN Code SA168G64MDH4.
 

The stock will trade with daily and static price fluctuation limits of +/-30% and +/-10%, respectively.

TMC indicated that it intends to meet liquidity requirements through a liquidity provider.

 

According to data available on Argaam, TMC issued in December 2024 the registration document for the direct listing of its shares on Nomu, setting the price guidance at SAR 12 per share.

 

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved in December 2024 the application of Twareat to register its shares for direct listing on Nomu.
