Hedab Alkhaleej to offer 10.67% on Nomu

Hedab Alkhaleej Trading Co. intends to offer and list 800,000 ordinary shares, representing 10.67% of its capital on Nomu-Parallel Market, said Yaqeen Capital, the financial advisor and lead manager on the potential offering, on Tadawul.

 
The price at which all subscribers in the offering will purchase the shares will be determined after the book-building period. The offering period will run from Feb. 16-20, 2025.
