Mouwasat says Yanbu Hospital 75% complete

Mouwasat Medical Services Co. announced that construction work on its project in Yanbu Industrial City (YIC) is progressing, with 75% of the work completed.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company explained that due to technical and engineering issues, the timeline has been rescheduled, with the completion expected in Q3 2025.

There was no change in the project's associated costs, Mouwasat confirmed.

 

According to data available with Argaam, Mouwasat signed a SAR 295 million construction contract in June 2022 for the development of the Mouwasat Hospital project in YIC.

 

The company aims to establish and operate a fully integrated hospital in the Al Sawari district of YIC, with an investment of SAR 500 million, covering an area of 40,000 square meters. The hospital will feature 200 beds and 60 clinics.
