MIS renews SAR 1.6B credit facilities with BSF

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) renewed and amended a Shariah-complaint bank facility agreement valued at SAR 1.65 billion with Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF).

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the facility agreement was signed on Feb. 2, and is valid until July 31, 2025.

 

The credit amount will be used to cover invoice payables, projects financing, and issuance of letters of credit and guarantee.

 

The amount is secured by promissory notes, the statement said, adding that no related parties are included in the deal.
