Lamasat to debut on Nomu on Feb. 9

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced that shares of Lamasat Co. will start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market on Feb. 9, with the symbol 9628 and ISIN Code SA76902KME11.

 

The stock will trade with daily and static price fluctuation limits of +/-30% and +/-10%, respectively, according to a statement today, Feb. 5.

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) said Lamasat’s subscribed securities were deposited today into the accounts of eligible shareholders.

 

According to Argaam data, Lamasat earlier floated six million shares, or 7.41% of its SAR 81 million capital, at a nominal value of SAR 5.75 per share. The Nomu offering was 1,101.26% subscribed.
