Trading halted in Tihama shares for delayed earnings disclosure

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced today, Feb. 12, a one-session trading halt on the Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.

The trading halt was placed as the company failed to disclose its annual financial statements for 2024/25 within the regulatory timeframe.

 

The stock will resume trading for 20 working days starting Feb. 13. Tihama is required to disclose its financial statements by March 13, otherwise the stock will be suspended from March 13.

 

Last week, Tihama announced that it was unable to publish its preliminary financial results for the third quarter ended Dec. 31, 2024, as the audit process was not complete.
