SPIMACO elects board members for upcoming term

Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corp.’s (SPIMACO) shareholders elected board members for the upcoming four-year term starting April 3, 2025, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Feb. 26.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the newly elected board will include Ibrahim Al-Jaffali, Khalid Al-Rabiah, Ahmad Aljedai, Fahad Alrabiah, Khalid Alqwaiz, Mai Alajjaji, Khaldoon Alfakhri, Faisal Alfahhadi and Farhan Albuainain.

 

Meanwhile, shareholders approved the participation of the candidate for board membership, Ibrahim Al-Juffali, in a business that competes with the company's activities.
