Alkhorayef Water signs SAR 58.8M contract to maintain water treatment plants

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) signed a 24-month VAT-exclusive contract worth SAR 58.80 million with Saudi Water Authority to operate and maintain water treatment plants.


Under the contract, AWPT will operate and maintain water treatment plants in Wadi Ad-Dawasir, As-Sulayyil, and As-Safa in Najran and Al-Wajid, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The financial impact has started to appear in Q1 2025.

 

There are no related parties to the deal.

 

The utility provider received the contract signed by all parties on March 16.

AWPT won the contract in December 2024.
