Alwasail Industrial Co. intends to disclose its financial statements on a quarterly basis, starting from the first quarter of 2025, the company said in a filing to Tadawul, today, March 17.

The decision comes in line with best disclosure and governance practices, as well as Article 91 of the Corporate Governance Regulations regarding the implementation of effective governance.
