LIVA names Mohamed Altooblani Acting CEO

LIVA Insurance Co.’s board of directors approved on March 7 appointing Mohamed Altooblani as Acting CEO, effective March 22.

 

The appointment was approved by the Insurance Authority (IA) on March 16, LIVA said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

 

Altooblani currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Liva, leveraging over 17 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance sector.

 

His career features extensive executive leadership, including a key role as Regional Finance Manager at CHUBB MENA, and Head of Financial control at AIG Takaful Bahrain. He holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from Ahlia University in Bahrain.

 

LIVA’s board recently approved CEO Kamran Mazhar's request not to renew his contract, for personal reasons, with his last working day set as March 21, Argaam reported.
