Shareholders of Saudi Ground Services Co. (SGS) elected board members for the upcoming four-year term staring on May 6, 2025, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on March 18.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the newly elected board includes, Khalid Al Buainain, Omar Jefri, Fahd Cynndy, Ghada Al Jarbou, Amer Al Khushail, Khalid Alhogail, Said Alhadrami. Nader Ashoor and Nasser Al Qawas.
