Oil tanks
The US crude oil inventories declined by nearly 4.6 million barrels for the week ended March 21, the American Petroleum Institute’s (API) report showed.
Gasoline stocks dropped by 3.3 million barrels, while distillate stockpiles—which include diesel and heating oil—fell by 1.3 million barrels in the same week.
On March 25, Brent crude futures for May delivery remained unchanged at $73.02 a barrel.
Meanwhile, WTI crude futures for May delivery edged down 0.15%, or 11 cents, to $69 a barrel.
