Fitaihi’s IMC opens SAR 168M medical complex

Fitaihi Holding Group announced that its affiliate, International Medical Center (IMC), officially opened the General Medical Complex in Makkah's Al-Naseem District on March 25.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company revealed that the total investment in the project reached SAR 168 million, which includes 60 medical clinics.

The new project is part of IMC’s expansion plan, with the complex spanning 19,920 square meters (sqm).

 

The financial impact of the project is expected to be reflected as of Q2 2025, the statement said.

 

Fitaihi holds a 19.25% stake in IMC’s capital, which operates the International Medical Center Hospital on Hail Street in Jeddah. The 20,340 sqm hospital has 300 beds across various specialties.

 

The company also owns an 8,930-sqm First Clinic complex in Jeddah, along with an integrated 20,800-sqm hospital project for multiple specialties in the Northern Obhur district of Jeddah.
