The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) halted trading for today, April 3, on seven companies listed on the Main Market (TASI) and the Nomu-Parallel Market as they failed to disclose their annual financial statements for 2024 within the regulatory timeframe.

The stocks halted on TASI are Saudi Industrial Development Co. (SIDC), Development Works Food Co., National Gypsum Co., Arabian Contracting Services Co. (Al Arabia) and Al Jouf Cement Co.

The Nomu-listed Keir International Co. and KnowledgeNet Co. were also suspended.

Trade will resume on these stocks for 20 business sessions starting April 6.

The seven companies must disclose their annual results by May 1. Otherwise, stocks will be suspended from May 4 until the annual earnings are disclosed.
