GACO: Financial impact of Shari land deed to appear in 2024 financials

Al Gassim Investment Holding Co. (GACO) said the financial impact of receiving the title deed for the land plot in the Shari district, Qassim, will appear in the 2024 financial results, according to a Tadawul statement.

In February, GACO said it received the title deed for a 74.04 million square meter (sqm) plot of land in Shari, according to Argaam data.

 

In June 2020, a royal decree allowed GACO to own the 74.04 million sqm plot as part of a larger land grant in Shari, Qassim.
