Yaqeen Capital, the financial advisor and lead manager of the initial public offering (IPO) of Future Vision for Health Training Co. on the Nomu-Parallel Market, set the offer price at SAR 7 per share, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The bookbuilding process will run from April 6-10, the statement added.
The company plans to float two million shares, representing 20% of its post-IPO capital, on Nomu, according to Argaam’s data.
Future Vision's pre-IPO capital amounted to SAR 8 million, divided into eight million shares, at a par value of SAR 1 apiece. After listing, the company's capital will reach SAR 10 million, with 10 million shares.
