Aslak shareholders elect board members for next term

Shareholders of United Wire Factories Co. (Aslak) elected board members for the next three-year term starting April 10, 2025, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on April 8.

 

The elected members are Abdullah Saad Al-Dosari, Rasheed Rashid bin Awain, Khalid Al-Khuwaiter, Yousef Al-Motlaq, Nabil Al-Amir, Abdulaziz Al-Sorayai, and Turki Al-Qurini, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
