Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Investment, Khalid Al-Falih, said that developing human capital is one of the top priorities of Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman.

 

Speaking during a panel at the Human Capability Initiative Conference, Al-Falih noted that the Crown Prince also focuses on boosting investment, with foreign direct investment (FDI) quadrupling, resulting in a 40% increase in employment within the foreign investment sector. Meanwhile, the number of jobs held by Saudis has doubled, he added.

 

Al-Falih stressed that developing human skills in both the educational and vocational sectors represents one of the Kingdom’s most vital and ongoing investments.
