ACIG announces resignation of 3 board members

Allied Cooperative Insurance Group’s (ACIG) board of directors approved today, April 17, the resignations of three independent members due to personal reasons, the company said in a Tadawul filing.

 

The resigned members are Abdullah Al-Qahtani, Ahmed Al-Hammadi, and Mohammed Al-Rashid. Their board tenures began on June 5, 2022; Oct. 4, 2023; and June 5, 2022, respectively.

However, they will remain on the board’s subcommittees, the insurer said, adding that the resignations take effect today.
