KnowledgeNet to disclose annual financials by May 1

KnowledgeNet Co. said it will not be able to announce its annual financial results for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024, within the previously disclosed timeframe.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the delay is due to ongoing discussions with the external auditor regarding specific accounting treatments in the financial statements.

 

The management is working closely with the external auditor and the audit committee to finalize the outstanding work, which is expected to be completed by May 1, KnowledgeNet added.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, KnowledgeNet had earlier expected to complete certain accounting treatments and announce its annual financial results by April 20.
