SAMA Water board proposes 2024 dividend at SAR 0.08/shr

SAMA Healthy Water Factory Co.’s board of directors recommended on April 22 to pay a cash dividend at 8%, or SAR 0.08 a share, for 2024, according to a statement to Tadawul.

In a separate statement, the company said that the board also recommended the transfer of the statutory reserve balance of SAR 3.06 million, as of Dec. 31, 2024, to the retained earnings account.

 

This dividend will be the company’s first distribution since listing on the Nomu-Parallel Market in October 2024.
