Alwasail EGM approves 5% dividend for H2 2024

\Shareholders of  Alwasail Industrial Co. approved the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute cash dividends at 5% of capital, or SAR 0.05 per share, for the second half of 2024.
 
The approval came during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on April 28, according to a Tadawul statement.
