GIG secures IA approval to renew health insurance qualification

Gulf Insurance Group (GIG) received approval from the Insurance Authority (IA) on April 30 to renew its annual qualification to operate in the health insurance sector, according to a statement to Tadawul

 

The renewed qualification is valid from May 9, 2025, to May 8, 2026, and is conditional on the continued validity of the company’s license, GIG added.

According to Argaam’s data, GIG was established in 2008 and provides insurance and reinsurance services across various sectors, including engineering, fire, property, marine, casualty and liability, motor, health, and group life insurance.
