Zamil reappoints Abdullah Al Zamil as Chairman

Zamil Industrial Investment Co.’s newly-elected board reappointed today, May 4, Abdullah Al Zamil as non-executive Chairman. It also named Bandar Al Zamil as non-executive Vice Chairman, the company said in a Tadawul filing.

The board also approved the formation of the Audit Committee, to be chaired by Khalid Al Fuhaid, with Sattam Al Zamil and Khalid Barahmeh as members. The Nominations and Remuneration Committee will be chaired by Adel Al Ghasab, with Bandar Al Zamil and Saud Al Sulaiman as members.

 

Additionally, the board appointed company representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul. It also named Said Al Daajani as Secretary to the board, its committees, and subsidiaries.
