Ataa signs MoU with Japan’s Ikueikan Educational Group

Ataa Educational Co. signed today, May 5, a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Ikueikan Educational Group, according to a statement on Tadawul.

 

The MoU aims to support education sector diversification in Saudi Arabia through potential cooperation in establishing schools based on Japanese methodologies.

 

These institutions would focus on developing Saudi youth’s technical skills, including artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics programming.

The agreement runs for one year and does not involve related parties.

 

Ataa said the potential impact will be assessed later and material updates will be disclosed in due course.
