MEDGULF elects board members for upcoming term

Shareholders of The Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Co. (MEDGULF) elected board members for the upcoming three-year term starting May 8, 2025, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on May 5.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the newly elected board includes Abdulrahman Alrawaf, Monirah AlSwaydani, Abdulmajed Almeshaal, Faisal AlJasir, Rakan Abunayyan, Rob Hendriks, and Ahmed Bin Ahmed.
